STANDARD FIXED SITE COSTS INCLUSIONS

1. Excavation and benching of the building area (based on level block)
2. Sewer connection to Boards existing sewer junction on site
3. Stormwater drainage (90mm pipe)
4. Water service connection to near side of street
5. Underground 3 Phase mains to meter box
6. Modular scaffold to perimeter of building
7. One only concrete pump, further pump if needed will be charged accordingly, due to site conditions
8. Temporary safety fence to front of block up to 15 L/M only, further fence hire will be $15.50 per L/M
9. Waste classification report/certificate

FIXED SITE COSTS – TOTAL – $21,000.00

PIERING TO SITE

1. Up to 50 lineal metres of piering to underside of slab – Note anything over the standard 50 L/M allowance will be charged at $101.00 per L/M.
2. Structural Engineer inspection and certification of piers

PIERING TO SITE – TOTAL $4,200.00

STATUTORY AUTHORITY REQUIREMENTS

1. Temporary all-weather access up to 5.5 lineal metres
2. Silt fencing where required.
3. NatHERS fees where required
4. Safety rails where required
5. Clean and removal of building debris
6. RMC TVA tempering valve to hot water unit
7. Builder’s toilet for duration of construction
8. Electrical safety switch

STATUTORY AUTHORITY REQUIREMENTS – TOTAL INCLUDED

BASIX INCLUSIONS

1. Certificate
2. 3,000 LT above ground slim line poly tank including (1 only) pump, installation, drainage & electrical
connections
3. Plumber connections including 2 garden taps & up to 3 points Re W.C or washing machine
4. Gas connections to H.W.S & cook top
5. AAA rating to tap ware, shower heads & toilets
NOTE: These requirements are included as the minimum for the house type. Further requirements may need to
be included and extra cost may apply upon receipt of BASIX report

BASIX TOTAL $13,500.00

BASIX EXCLUSIONS

1. R.P.Z backflow device & service
2. Pump & pit in the event where storm water is not possible to flow to street or drainage easement
3. Any other unforeseen requirements by statutory authority’s
